Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

For processing your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
